1. STATION MEETINGS
a. General
Congress Meeting: It shall be attended by all members (old and new);
i. The general
meeting of the organization shall be once in every month, preferably 2nd Sunday of every month.
ii. Meetings shall NOT last
for more than three (3) hours from the time of commencement.
iii. Emergency meeting
shall be called upon when necessary to address issues that need immediate and
instantaneous attention.
iv. Issues not concluded as
discussed at the emergency meeting can be forwarded to general meeting for
general opinion.
v. In the event that it
becomes necessary for a general meeting to be held and such is not convene by
the executive council, then the Parish Priest/Chaplain will be notified and a
public notice will be served to the president for the convening of an emergency
general meeting.
vi. The above mentioned
public notice shall be signed by a simple majority members of the organization
including the Patron/Matron.
b. Executive
Council Meeting: It shall precede the General meeting and shall be
attended by (all) the executive officers.
c. Emergency
General Meeting: It shall be convened by the President through the
General Secretary and the PROs when the need arises. All members are expected to
attend the Emergency General Meeting.
d. Exco-Extra-Ordinary
Meeting: It shall be convened by the President through the General
Secretary when the need arises and attendance shall be…. Directed by the
President. All Exco-members and invited members (persons) are expected to be in
attendance.
e. Miscellaneous Occasion: It shall include (every) other agreed functions (gathering) of the organization and it shall be attended by all members.
2. PARISH MEETINGS - Every 4th Sunday in 2 months
3. DEANERYMEETINGS - Every 3rd Sunday in 2 months
